This policy explains how Thodé Finance & Accounting handles information on this website. It applies to this website only. Information shared during an engagement is covered by the terms agreed with the client.

Information we collect

This website has one form, on the contact page. It asks for your first name, last name, email address and message. A phone number is optional. We ask for nothing more. There are no accounts and no logins.

Why we use it

We use your details for one purpose: to answer your enquiry. If it leads to an engagement, we also use them to prepare that work. We do not use them for marketing. We do not add you to a mailing list. We never sell or share them.

Before you send the form, you tick a box to give your consent. The box is never ticked for you. Your consent and the time you gave it are recorded in the email we receive.

How we handle it and how long we keep it

The website itself stores nothing. There is no database and no visitor file. Your message is sent as two emails. One comes to us. The other goes back to you as confirmation. After that, it exists only in those two mailboxes.

We keep it while your enquiry is open, and for as long as tax or administrative rules require. After that, we delete it.

Cookies

This website uses no cookies for analytics, advertising, profiling or tracking. We use no such services. We share no visitor information for these purposes. No consent is needed, so we do not ask for it.

Spam protection

The contact form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile. The check runs only on the contact page. It may place a short technical value in your browser while it runs. It looks at how a request behaves, not at who you are. It is never used to identify you, follow you or build a profile.

Information stored on your device

This website stores nothing on your device. The only exception is the technical value from the spam check described above. That is why there is no cookie notice.

Server records

Cloudflare hosts this website. Like any web server, it keeps technical logs of each visit, including the IP address. These logs keep the website available and protect it from abuse. They are not used to identify visitors or build profiles.

Third-party services

Our fonts and images are served from this website. Nothing is loaded from outside providers while you browse. Two services are involved when you use the contact form. Cloudflare hosts the website and runs the spam check. Resend delivers the two emails. Both act only on our instruction. Both process information outside Aruba, as is usual for services like these.

Contact and social links

Our phone and email links open the app on your own device. Nothing is sent to or kept by this website when you use them. Our LinkedIn and Facebook links take you to those websites. Their own privacy policies apply there.

Your rights

If you have used the contact form, you may ask what we received. You may ask us to correct it or delete it. You may also withdraw your consent. This does not undo a reply we have already sent. To delete your details, we remove the emails from our mailboxes. The website holds no other record.
